The sticks and triggers on my Wolverine TE (V1) are not working. Its warranty is long since expired, so I opened it to do a repair, replacing the left stick module; Since closing it back up, the triggers no longer respond, and both sticks are stuck in an up-right input. (See the attached screenshot from a stick testing website.)
What is causing this issue? Do I need to double check the connection of the internal cables? Do I need to update the firmware? Or is there something else causing this?
