Good evening, my Wolverine Ultimate controller has been working perfectly fine for years until today. I even used it on Xmas day without issues. The problem I'm having is when playing on PC, within a few button presses the controller freezes and my last inputs stay on permanently until I unplug the controller. The lights stay on and there's no interruption in power. To be sure it wasn't the controller or cable I plugged back into my Xbox one and it works without any issues. What steps do you have to bring this back to working order?



I've attempted to

1. Uninstall/reinstall the controller from Xbox Peripherals in Device manager

2. Uninstall/reinstall the drivers for the usb ports that it's plugged into

3. Configure the controller using the Razer Controller Setup for Xbox from the microsoft store



Is there maybe a link to a firmware update that could fix this? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!
