Wolverine Ultimate disconnects at start of game, not when I'm in settings

While playing COD controller ( wolverine ) will turn off (no lights and blinking profile button) till I exit the game and then its fine. I plug in a different controller and it works fine. All of my COD settings are for the controller

    Did you try connecting the controller to another port in your gaming console or a different gaming console? Were you able to replicate the issue by plugging it into a PC?

    these products are trash is the reason stop wasting money on razer products it will save you in the long run
