Hi there! Can you share a short video of the issue? Are you using it with a PC or console? Also, does the issue persist when used with another console or PC?
I am having the same issue.



I just spent $229 AUD on one of these at EB Games.



The left stick was constanlty drifting "down" and "Left". So I had to travel miles to another store because these guys only stock one at a time.



I got my controller replaced with another brand new one, same model. I hooked it up, and what do you know? This time the right stick is stuck moving to the left with absolutely no help. I cannot stop it at all.



2 out of 2 controllers? These are worth $229 AUD?

What's the deal guys?



How do we get this fixed? And why are so many of these faulty?
I just got out of LiveChat with a James in Razer Technical Support. Its a hardware issue and I have to go and get a THIRD controller (second replacement). There are only 2 more left in the entire gold coast and I have to travel a good distance on public transport to get there. You can imagine how annoyed I will be if I get a third faulty $230 AUD controller in a row.



The least Razer could do is send a gift or something to compensate their customers for the severity of the problem. If this was my company (which I do own an IT re-seller), that's exactly what I would be doing to retain some reputation... Especially since I have had to by multiple return tickets to different stores to be able to get replacements...

Id say your just severely unlucky i guess... Ive owned 2 over the course of 2 years and my current one at a yr old still has 0 stick drift issues.

I was able to get a third one from another store in another city. This one works, finally lol.

Bloody good controller too. love it! It's just a pity I had to go to 3 different locations on public transport to find one that works haha.

Hi Razer.RedPanda, I have just had the exact same thing happen. Bought a Ultimate in Perth, Flew to Port Hedland the next day and went to play to find both the LH & RH sticks were at angle out of the box. Took it back to the local EB Games who had to order in another one at my expense only to have it arrive today and be exactly the same... Bit disappointing that this seems to be a known issue for a while now yet they are still floating around on the shelf. Guess my only potion is to again order another, pay the freight and wait a week to get them? Anything else I should do?
