Wolverine Ultimate stick issues

Hi. I seem to be having a drift stick on my Wolverine Ultimate for my Xbox. That’s not the annoying part, however. The annoying part is how the controller will not detect the stick going up all the way. In other words, if I push the stick all the way up, the output will only be 3/4 of the way up.(Figures out through the “agile” customization option in the synapse) This can cause you to walk slower in games. Can someone help me?

Hi there! When did this issue start to happen? Also, have you tried to use the controller with other devices to see if the same issue persists? Let me know.

I noticed this issue around New Year’s Day. I’ll do what I can to use it on other platforms, but it’s unlikely. I’m guessing it’s more physical and less with the software.
