Wolverine V2 Chroma M4 Button Loose

I just bought this controller off of Amazon in January & only play Rocket League 1-2 times/week (maybe 200 hours total). My M4 button is loose & doesn't always register when I press it...is there a way to fix this?

    Did you already try to clean the button using a can of compressed air to remove any dust or debris? PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and share a short video so I can have a closer look at the issue.
