Wolverine V2 Chroma not working after firmware update

So, I have just got my controller out of the box, and have headed straight into the app in order to remap the buttona. Whilst I'm in there, I wanted to have a look at the deadzones and sensitivity etc so I go ahead and update the firmware - Now I have a dead controller. I have not even had chance to use it and it's already k.o'd... I've had a look around in device manager etc to see if I can roll the device back, but there doesn't seem to be a thing I can do... Help?!

That's a bummer. Please PM me the serial number so I can validate your device on my end and check for other model-specific workarounds to help you with the problem. *Thread locked to curb conversation to PM.
