Hi,

This controller doesn’t seem to work with my PC windows 11. I’ve tried everything I can think of. It always has an exclamation mark in device manager when I connect it. It shows under other devices but never finds or updates the driver. No light on the controller and it doesn’t turn on.

heres what I have tried:

• tested on another pc and it works perfectly.
• tried to update the driver for it in device manager (says none found)
• tried to update the driver as an Xbox. 360 one it rumbles but nothing then happens.
• tried it in multiple different usb ports.
• used avg driver updater.
• enabled and disabled the controller in device manager.

any ideas please? I don’t want to have to return it as I really like this controller.
