Wolverine V2 drivers do not auto-install

Greetings I recently purchased a Wolverine V2, by recently I mean in the last two months. I was building a new pc and wanted a newer controller for it. I went and plugged it in and there was no auto download or install of any driver. I do into device manager and it is not listed. It is listed in the Devices and Printers window you can pull up, but it is showing a generic image and gives no information on device.  It does not show up in the Synapse app like my Naga Hex, BlackShark V2 Pro, or Tartarus V2. 

 

I tried contacting support on it today and when was prompted to enter the S/N it says device is no longer supported under warranty (literally bought the item on April 17th this year). 

 

Could really use some help with it.

Mine shows up. The razer software is in the microsoft store. Hopefully there is alternate software out there, because it’s too basic for my needs.
