Wolverine v2 - Map two functions to one button

Hi First time using an elite controller. I have a wolverine v2 and was wondering if it's possible to map two functions to the one button? Eg map aim down scope + reduce sensitivity to the one trigger button (rather than two buttons) for when you're sniping.

    Though you can remap any of the 14 buttons of the control, recording macros are not allowed on Razer Wolverine controllers as they are designed for tournament usage and comply with all tournament rules.
