Just to check I have not done anything wrong before I ship this back for a refund, when connecting this controller to PC it should power on and try to install drivers correct? it is not doing this and not even powering on, I already had the razer software installed from a previous controller.



EDIT: I found an issue with the removable usb connector on end of the controller, after switch it with the older controller and connecting it powered on when connect I then switched it back to the original one that came with the controller and it seems to be working now. just leaving this up here in case anyone else has this issue.
