Wolverine V2 Pro - Can't Add Bluetooth Accessory on PS5

I just purchased a Wolverine V2 Pro and am having the same issue as many others seem to be having:
CE-109526-3 "The passkey might not be correct, or your Bluetooth accessory might have canceled the connection."

I have already updated the firmware, and it was stated by the update utility that the latest version was already installed. The controller works fine on PC via wired or wireless connection, and the Razer Controller App on Android can communicate with the controller with no issues via Bluetooth. But no matter which combination of Wired/Wireless and PC/PS5 I use, the PlayStation connection via Bluetooth always fails with the above error.

Please post here if anyone has a solution.  It would be helpful to see instructions on how it’s “supposed to” work, given that Bluetooth pairing isn’t even mentioned in the manual that comes in the box, and I haven’t been able to find specifics elsewhere either.  (I think I found the buttons to press for pairing mode on someone else’s forum post here, which is how I got it to talk to my phone and the Controller App.)

Thanks for any clues anyone has; returning this VERY soon though if I can’t get assistance!
