Wolverine V2 Pro for PS5 is horrible

I got this controller a couple of months ago, and even though it is of premium quality and premium price, i was so hyped about it, however after 1 month, the controller seems to be possessed by something😅
Disconnecting and reconnecting on it’s own like 3 times a second, super long input delay, and my biggest issue is the random input getting stuck like i move my character aim in FPS game to the right a little bit and my character then gets stuck doing a full 360 degrees or even more.

I tried everything, i disabled the PS5 Bluetooth as recommended by other people who have the same issues, and it didn't solve the issue, pugged the USB thing directly to the PS5 and still the issues persist.

Don't get me wrong I've been a fan of Razer for a long time,, but recently products like this became more frequent and is very frustrating specially when you pay a premium price for it.

Please help.

I’m sorry to hear about the connectivity issues you encountered with your Razer Wolverine V2 Pro. Were you able to update its firmware here? Have you tried testing the device on a different console? Does the problem persist while using the controller via wired or wireless?
