Hello snibblys,

I’m here to help. I understand that your having issue connecting the Razer Wolverine V2 to your computer. Does the controller show any indication of power, such as lights or vibration, when connected? Is the controller recognized in the Device Manager when connected? To isolate and resolve the issue with the controller not connecting to your PC, please do the steps below:

  1. Ensure the USB connector is fully inserted into the PC's USB port. Try different USB ports to eliminate the possibility of a faulty port.
    Test USB Cable:
  2. On Windows, open Device Manager and check if the Wolverine V2 shows up under "Game Controllers" or any other section. Look for any warning icons that indicate driver issues.
  3. Check your PC settings to ensure that no software (like antivirus or firewall) is blocking the device.
  4. Connect the Razer Wolverine V2 to another computer, Xbox One or Xbox Series X to determine if the issue is specific to your PC.

If you need further assistance, please feel free to send me a PM with your device’s serial number and proof of purchase for warranty verification. Thank you!
