My Wolverine V3 Pro wont connect to my Xbox. I've used both the USB and dongleNeither my Wolverine V3 or older V2 are working on my Xbox.They connect to Synapse and have been updated, but still nothing with the Xbox The controller turns on, but if you connect it to the Xbox with USB it turns off again. I have tried changing the profile to Xbox using Function - Menu - X and pairing with Function - Menu - A. Neither have changed anything I have raised this in the chat support, but that hasn't only had a conversation with AI and it hasn't sent me a confirmation of the ticketPlease help I've not even had the V3 for a month yet

I'm having this exact same issue as of yesterday. Don't understand what's going on. I've checked the dongle, tried the USB, nothing works. The controller turns on but isn't connecting to my Xbox anymore and I've had the controller for several months.
