So i just updated my wolverine v3 pro though the firmware update and also installed the new synapse.

In Synapse when connected via dongle my controller shows and says its in xbox mode, when i press function+select+A to change to pc mode nothing happens.

If i connect via USB synapse does not even detect the controller in usb mode even though it is working in games.

The older app from the windows store "Razer Controler Setup for Xbox" says my controller needs an firmware update and to disconnect the dongle, problem is if i disconnect the dongle and connect the USB cable it does not detect my controller anymore. just like synapse...

I tried running the firmware upgrade again and it says it need’s to be upgraded, even though it finished 100% without errors, it still did the firmware upgrade again and it still says after upgrading that it still needs a firmware upgrade.

 

Right now i cant configure anything on controller in any of the app’s…

Did this happen to anyone else?
