wolverine V3 Pro charging inconsistent

My wolverine V3 pro is almost a year old to date and it doesn’t charge consistently when plugged in. I’ve tried multiple cords and they all have the same issue. I think the issue lies in the usb-c on the controller as it has started to come loose and have a slight “wiggle.”

I feel like this may be a defect as I’ve never dropped my controller. I use the charging cord that came with my controller and when I use it I keep it wound up a bit since I don’t need a bunch of slack. The only thing that makes sense is that the cord may have weighed the port down causing it to come loose.

Is there anything that can be done warranty wise? I know it sounds like a wear and tear issue but I feel like a premium product like the Wolverine pro would be a bit more sturdy.

Any advice or support is greatly appreciated!
