wolverine v3 pro connection and power issues

I use my controller on an xbox series x. I've had the controller since early November last year and it has worked fine untill today. The controller won't turn on unless it's wired to the Xbox and when it does turn on it doesn't connect an doesn't register any inputs. I've never dropped or spilled anything on the controller. The dongle isn't loose and I've tried it in every port on the Xbox. Any help would be appreciated.

i have the same issues wont even detect it on my pc also tried on series x doesnt work on there either work fine last week went away for a week come back controller does not work anymore.
