Wolverine v3 pro connection issue synapse 4

When I am on games using both of my wolverine v3 pros (not at the same time, just noting that both of the 2 have the exact same issue, they will become unresponsive and disconnect from synapse. Razer support keeps trying to replace the device despite me testing across 2 copies and them working fine until the synapse 4 update… when it happens im unable to reconnect immediately. controllers seem to just turn off as the logo LED doesnt turn on until I reseat the USB like 10 times and even then it wont show up in synapse again most of the time.
