Wolverine V3 Pro controller no longer connecting wirelessly with dongle

I was using it perfectly fine before installing the xbox app to customize it. Then the dongle stopped connecting the controller becauss the app was making me re-do the update with dongle and wire multiple times, how do i get it to connect again after it only doing the wired update?
