I own a Razer Wolverine V3 Pro (model RZ06‑0520). The controller works correctly via USB and its firmware is updated (version 2.3.0.0 according to the Razer for Xbox app). However, the wireless dongle is not recognized by Windows on any USB port and does not appear in Device Manager.
I have tried the following without success:
-
Testing different USB ports (front and rear).
-
Using another PC to rule out driver issues.
-
Running the firmware updater, but the dongle does not appear.
-
Scanning for hardware changes in Device Manager.
Since the dongle is not detected at all, I cannot verify or update its firmware. I suspect the dongle is defective and need assistance with a replacement.
Additionally, I already requested a refund through Amazon thinking the product was defective, and purchased another controller to test if the dongle could connect, but the problem persists.
