Got the controller earlier this year and has been working without issue, but today it just randomly stopped working. The controller still powers on and the chroma razer logo lights up, but the inpuslts dont seem to do anything. Here is what I've done:
1. Made sure that all USB ports on the Xbox work (they do)
2. Ensured they were plugged in firmly (they were)
3. Turned off xbox, unplugged everything, edited a few minutes, turned on Xbox, plugged everything back in, still not working.
4. Have tried using both wired and wireless, neither work.
5. Connected it to my PC and updated both the controller and dongle firmware. Still not working.
Are there any workarounds to this?
