In Synapse 4 I cannot change profiles in the dropdown menu. I select profile 2, 3 or 4 and it is reverted back to profile 1. Changing profiles from the controller, with shortcuts, does not reflect in Synapse. I can customize Profile 1 normally (except brightness in static mode does not save, always stays100%) though and it works in games. It was like that out of the box, since then I have updated the firmware twice, now on v2.02.00_r1. With the latest firmware “Razer Controller Setup For Xbox” app stopped recognizing the controller, so I lost the only way to customize other profiles. I’m on Windows 10 PC with latest updates. It behaves the same on my Windows 10 laptop. I have tried “cleanup tool” and multiple reinstalls. No luck.
