I have a wolverine v3 pro, for my xbox.  Paid 200$ for it, back in nov 2024.  The past eight months the forward on the left joystick wont get to 100% unless i mash on it.  It’s super annoying in games when the guy isn’t running at full sprint, unless i’m aiming up and to the right.

Sure is disappointing to go through 3 elite controllers, to trying out another company's “pro” controller only to have it be broken shortly outside of the warranty.

any way to fix this?  or am i out of luck looking for a new controller from a new company?

So no way to actually contact someone from support? Like why would I ever buy another Razer product at this point.  This is incredibly frustrating

Hi freshWoodBrowncamp609,

I understand you’re experiencing issue with the Razer Wolverine V3 Pro, and I’m sorry for the frustration this has caused, especially after your previous controller issues. Were you ever able to get in touch with our official Razer Support team (chat, email, or phone) about this specific joystick issue before posting here? If yes, may I ask for your ticket number?

You mentioned you need to mash the stick forward to reach 100%. Has the controller ever been dropped, hit, or had any strong impact? Any liquid exposure or attempts to open/repair/modify it?
Please PM me your device serial number, region and proof of purchase so I can assist you accordingly. All the best!
