I've been using it for a few months and when I went to turn on my xbox series x the controller wouldn't turn on either plugged in or wirelessly, ive been playing with it plugged in 90% of the time so I know its charged, it wont flash or do anything at all.
Were there any incidents (dropping, soaked in water, etc.) that could have triggered this behavior? When you connect it to a PC, is it connected? If yes, please update its firmware, if you haven’t yet, by downloading it here. Feel free to send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
