I downloaded the razer application on my computer, it asked me to update the controller and it got stuck, I closed the application and disconnected the controller and now it doesn't turn on.

i had this almost same thing happen. completed update and now controller wont turn on. when plugged in the computer sees it but no driver even works with it and it was operational before the update. im assuming the firmware is corrupted and controller is stuck in boot loader when plugged in. just need that driver and file to write
