The controller setup app has lost the ability to change between 1000hz and 250hz, the option even disappeared on the app???? holding down the shortcut buttons does nothing.
I cannot get the controller to connect to the new V4 Synapse either, how can I enter into 1000hz again???
Ive tried factory resetting the controller and firmware, but still nothing.
Please help!
