I bought this controller one month ago, I already changed it through warranty because the m6 back button double clicked but the point is that the previous one that i had and the one i have now have the same problem. when i boot to windows and i go on and open apex i realised that the controller never responds before i unplug it and replug it to the usb. i thought this might be a firmware related issue so i updated the firmware and it seemed that it worked for a day. Today i boot again to windows, go on open apex and again controller does not respond. I realised that even if i go to synapse and go to the thoumbstick calibration section the controller doesn’t even respond to the synapse before i unplug and replug it even though the controller shows up and gets recognized by synapse and the white led lights up on the controller the whole time that it doesn’t respond. this is basically a firmware issue and i just i have one thing to say. RAZER FIX YOUR SHIT!!! I DONT WANT TO DAMAGE MY TYPE C PORT.

Things i tried so far :

  • tried with other controller brand and it worked
  • updated the latest firmware (it worked for a day)
  • reinstalled synapse 4
  • tried with another cable
  • tried other usb ports
  • when through device manager and changed a setting that allowed windows to shut down devices to save power
  • i even changed the whole controller and the same think happens

Hey there, @Mauvestorypulse573

I understand that you’re experiencing an issue where your controller becomes unresponsive every time you boot into Windows. As you have already engaged with Razer Support and even had the controller replaced once, could you please provide the case number via PM from your earlier support interaction so I can review what has transpired in your case and assist you further? Thank you!
