Wolverine v3 Tournament extreme stick drift issues

I've been getting some extreme stick drift on the Wolverine V3 tournament controller. Its like the stick is fully pulled down and right and it's ruining my gaming... Downloaded latest firmware and Recalibrated multiple times in app but it doesn't help. Can't contact support either because the sticker on the back peeled off and pulled the serial number with it. So frustrating. Any suggestions what I can do? Bought it from Amazon last December but they direct me to Razer for support.
