I’ve recently got a wolverine v3 wireless controller and it doesn’t seem to want to connect to the dongle no matter what I’ve tried. I’ve tried the different usb, tried it in the laptop and still nothing. Do you have any suggestions on how to fix this.

We’re leaning toward a dongle defect right here. Have you tried checking if the dongle or USB port is somehow dusty? Also, where did you purchase it? Let me know via PM along with your controller’s serial number so I can validate it in our database and check for some troubleshooting steps that we can attempt.
