wolverine V3 won't connect to the controller setup app

I've connected the controller to my xbox with the cable and it won't connect to the app(or the app doesn't see it). What can I do?

Hello VikingImberbe,

I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue connecting your Razer controller to the app. When did this issue start? Was it working fine before? Let's try some troubleshooting steps to resolve the problem:

1. Connect it to a different USB port.
2. Make sure to download the Razer Controller Setup for Xbox app on your console, and you will be prompted if a newer firmware version is available.
3. Remove all accessories/devices connected to the console when updating firmware.
4. Power cycle your gaming console (check console's user guide).
5. Connect wirelessly and test your controller (for wireless connection).
6. Connect and test your Razer controller on a different gaming console.
