Anyone else notice the controller loosing signal or having input delay while on Xbox wirelessly? Returned one controller already thinking it was defective. May just be software related? Any help fixing this would be great!
wolverine v4 pro issues

I own a Razer Wolverine V4 Pro and unfortunately, I am still experiencing serious problems.
Controller Model Number: RZ06-06060
Serial Number: D22642C17500136
Firmware Updater Version: v1.01.00_r1 (November 2, 2026)
I cannot access the controller settings in Razer Synapse 4/Cockpit. I have repeatedly tried the Function + Menu + A button combination using different pressing and releasing sequences, both with the HyperSpeed wireless dongle and the original Razer USB cable. Unfortunately, nothing works.
On November 2, 2026, Razer released the new Wolverine V4 Pro firmware updater v1.01.00_r1.
When I discovered this update and saw the instructions for switching to PC/XInput mode, I was genuinely excited. I really thought this might finally solve my problem.
Unfortunately, the firmware updater also does not work for me. Despite repeatedly following the instructions and trying the required button combinations, the UPDATE button remains disabled. Therefore, I cannot install the new firmware.
I paid €200 for this controller, and I am extremely disappointed and saddened that neither Synapse 4/Cockpit nor the new firmware updater works properly for me.
I have already recorded three detailed videos in 1080p/60 FPS demonstrating these problems using both wireless and wired connections. I have sent all three videos to Razer Support for technical investigation.
Has anyone successfully installed firmware v1.01.00_r1 from November 2? Did it fix the PC/XInput switching issue or the wireless aiming problems? Is anyone else experiencing a disabled UPDATE button?
I sincerely hope Razer investigates these issues and provides a proper solution.
