Important is you make a support ticket as well! The more the better!

Hi, do you have some guidance on how to make such a ticket?  The razer site is kind af a maze to me. I click on a lot off things and cannot find this. Thanks

To add the start of the topic.

My controller had lost all connection while i was in game. I had to restart the controller so i could use it as before.

The button with the 2 squares often registers as a double click.

I am having the same issues wireless trouble on Xbox. Delays, overcorrections and simply no response from both sticks, but esp the right stick. I have tried different using front and back usb ports. I have unplugged my 2.4ghz adapter for my Razer black shark v2 pro and that didn’t help. I moved my chair closer about 4-5 feet away and no luck. I have tried plugging and unplugging the dongle. Also, the controller doesn’t seem to turn on the Xbox and doesn’t turn off sometimes when the Xbox does while plugged in. I traded in my Wolverine v3 pro for this and first week of MW4 is such a bummer. Is there a fix in the works because our return window is closing in.
