I’d do a clean reinstall if you haven’t done it yet:
Uninstall Synapse
Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers
Then restart your PC
After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).
I Have actually its on both my pcs after updating both synapse 4 to latest software and my controllers to there respected firmware
