Installing and uninstalling synapse should not have messed up anything with your firmware or mouse.

Considering that razer viper does not have on-board memory so anything synapse does wouldn't affect the mouse anyways after uninstalling the synapse?

More often than not, that will be the case. But there are some firmware updates that are pushed via Synapse. With all that said, I highly recommend that you run the surface calibration tool multiple times if you feel like the response of the sensor isn't what it should be. PM me if you need further assistance.

So do you think if synapse did have to change anything it would be the LOD ?

I can't really say since I'm not entirely sure what you meant by LOD.
