Wooting one doesn't connect to synapse 3

I have done everything it says I must do to make it work but still doesn't connect. I have switched on the sync button on both apps (wootility and synapse 3), I plugged my keyboard in other USB ports, and I have uninstalled synapse and wootility once to be sure that's not the problem. If anyone knows how can I fix it or has any idea I would appreciate if you reply to this :D.
