Little app called Steermouse lets you control key binds and use the basic functions of the mouse.



Also remember to use the 2.4Ghz dongle, as the bluetooth connection from the mouse to MacBook Pro is rather shabby to the point of being almost useless.



I have no affiliation with the software whatsoever, but was happy to find it as it saved my day so I did not have to return my brand new Razer Naga Pro.



I am on macOS Catalina 10.15.7
