When I go to get a code from https://deals.razer.com/razer-giveaway/world-of-warships I get a popup saying "error". This is on the cortex program and no matter how many times I try, I just get "error".

In the giveaway event, one user can only claim one game key by one IP. Did you have claimed the game key? Or did someone claim the game key by using the same IP as you?

Hello Michelle.



I am not sharing my IP with anybody, nor am I using a VPN, and nor does anybody else use my PC.



Other users have had this issue before on this forum (very same giveaway) and there seems to have been no answer to it.

Did you use this Razer ID to claim the code? One Razer ID can only claim one code. If you didn't, please share your Razer Cortex logs with us via PM.
