Is this a joke or something. Your office is never open when I call. There is no live chat. The Kraken TE sound horrible. The software the worse. The entire razer experience is a nightmare. I don't have my old phone number nor any ridiculous back up code to change my number. Garbage company from start to finish. Company sucks. Product sucks. Software sucks. Product support non existent. I will never waste another cent on Razer and have told everyone I know to stay away from their overpriced garbage service and products.

There's customer support with fast respond on Twitter and Razer Insider. You may want to try DM @Razer.Zionzedd and explain what happened. im sure they can help you with technical support or exchange item

@toolsautoIris180 I'm sorry to hear about your experience with your Razer Kraken TE headset and that you were not able to get the help you need. We have a self-help page where you can find firmware updates and troubleshooting steps. You can try the steps here and get the firmware update of your headset here. If that didn't help, PM me the serial number of your headset so I can start a case and forward it to the RMA Team if necessary.
