I Bought my razer blade 15 studio version May 2020. Till today, It brokes three times and send back reparied two time. First time is Graphics card is burned. It changed my whole mother board on January. Then on May 2020, My wifi card broke, send back to razer repair and changed my wifi card as well as the battery. Today, the sound card suddenly broke. Says no speaker or headphone connected. I tried everything I can do again and still says no device connected. I'm tired of sending back again and again. This Laptop is terrible and never want to buy it again.
I am looking to purchased a second hand razer blade 15 studio without any warranty. These laptops were not cheap to begin with and even used ones are selling for over $2200. I would appreciate any advice from current Razer studio owners if buying a second hand studio laptop is a good idea. I am looking at the Razer Blade 15 Studio with the RTX 5000 video card. I am not a gamer, it will be used primarily for graphics and video editing purposes.

Sorry to hear about your laptop's audio concern. Have you tried connecting the headset/speaker to a different laptop or computer the one that you've used for your Razer Blade 15 and check if it behaves the same? Please send me your previous case number or email address so I can review its history via PM. Also, send me the following:

a. Screenshot or video of Device Manager showing the audio drivers or any drivers that have a question mark or exclamation point symbol.

b. Screenshot of System Information (Hit Windows+R to open the Run box. Type “msinfo32” into the “Open” field, and then hit Enter.)

c. Screenshot of your Windows Update history.

d. Synapse 3.0 logs.

e. Photo of the BIOS main tab.

f. Screenshot of Windows version (Hit Windows + R. Open the Run box with then type winver).
