I purchased a “Razer DeathAdder V2 Mini Gaming Mouse” on Oct 05, 2021. The product has 2 years of warranty. The concerned company for the warranty claim is Acro Engineering Co. I had some issues with the product so I claimed my warranty online and as guided by them, I've sent the product to the address mentioned by them. I sent the product on Sept 14, 2023, and the package was successfully delivered on 16 Sept. After that I continuously tried calling them but they didn't respond. After 7 days they told me that they hadn't received the package. I showed the delivery proof and they told me that they would recheck, but after that, they didn't respond, also they are not receiving the call and not responding to my emails. After continuous follow-ups, on Sept 26th, Acro told me that the “Razer DeathAdder V2 Mini” is discontinued so they will replace it with the “Razer Viper 8KHz Ambidextrous Wired Gaming Mouse - Black - RZ01-03580100-R3M1”, but for that, I’ve to pay them extra 500 INR. This is so sad that a company like Razer has a service like this in India. This is the worst support by Acro and Razer.
