Writing is laggy and battery power dies iven if computer is off and mousepad jumpy

Hi.

First i wounder if there is any direct mail or phone number to razer support so you have one to talk to directly??

Second.

Have a Razer Base 15” (2021) RZ09-0410x)

That have a newley changed battery but the battery power fade out even if its turned off””

Also when im write on it eg writing this text and nothing else open, the writing is really laggy and doesnt flow as it should??

Also the mousepad is now smoth all the time, it can jump around and croling is also really glitchy some time?!
