Hi there,
I purchased a Razer BlackShark V2 Pro, but I didn’t realize it was the PlayStation version. I’d like to use it on my PC. I bought a USB-C female to USB 3.0 adapter, but it’s not being recognized in Synapse 3.0. I live in Brazil and would prefer not to buy another dongle due to the high costs here. Is there any driver I can install to solve this issue?
PS version is not Synapse compatible.
It’s controlled via Razer Audio app: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.razer.audiocompanion&hl=en&gl=US
Hello,
If I purchase only the PC Wi-Fi dongle in the future, will I be able to connect my headset to it, and will it work with Razer Synapse?

No and no.
As said earlier this headset is NOT Synapse compatible.
All you need is android or apple phone with Razer Audio app installed.
