Wrong key bindings after firmware update

my old Razer blackwidow ultimate went into bootloader mode for no reason few days back. I managed to download old firmware tool 1.0.5 after google for a while, and installed Blackwidow driver 1.03. After i rebooted, the tool then autoupdated the firmware to ver 2.x.x. Anyhow, some of the key bindings are now wrong, eg, windows key now bind to alt, alt to windows key, on the numpad, "*" to "/", "-" to "*", "*" to "/", "+" to "-", and "/" is mapped to nothing. Any idea how to correct this?

Sorry to hear about what happened to our Razer BlackWidow Ultimate. I was surprised that you were able to revive the device from its bootloader state. Have you tried resetting the keyboard under the Razer Synapse 3.0's settings? Check if the behavior happens while the application is disabled or closed. Also, verify if the issue happens while connecting the keyboard to another USB port or computer. I’ll be locking this thread now. Feel free to submit a case to our Support Team or send me a PM should you need additional assistance.
