Hello Razer Support,
I tried to purchase Blessing of the Welkin Moon for Genshin Impact using UPI.
During payment, I first scanned the QR and paid ₹499 successfully. But after payment I noticed the mobile number was incorrect, so I changed it and a new QR/payment request appeared.
Now the payment has been deducted from my account, but I did not receive the Welkin Moon or Genesis Crystals in-game.
Please help me verify the transaction and either deliver the purchase or refund the amount.
