So my thresher were working fine but now the volume controls only work for like a minute then they quit responding. The headphones are still working and I can talk but I lose all ability to turn main volume or the chat/game mix volume.
If I turn the base station off then turn it back on the controls start working again, then quit responding.
I just got these things to replace my turtle beaches and wanted a set that would work on pc (were they are replacjng my wonderful carcharias) and Xbox.

Hey @Like2trip, this looks more like a connection issue than anything else but do send me a PM with the serial number of your Thresher Ultimate so we can look into possible firmware fixes.

Sent and ty oh also the headset no longer turns itself off after a period of inactivity like it did before as well
