My son recently received a Razer keyboard for his birthday which we wanted to set up with his Xbox One. the keyboard works but not the lights! Help! :/

    I'm a bit late to the party, but please send my greetings to your son. Anyway, please indicate which Razer keyboard you're experiencing this on. Better yet, PM me the serial number so I can verify the model. Do note that most of our keyboards will not work properly on consoles like the Xbox One unless they were designed for the said platform.
