My son recently received a Razer keyboard for his birthday which we wanted to set up with his Xbox One. the keyboard works but not the lights! Help! :/

Anyway, please indicate which Razer keyboard you're experiencing this on. Better yet, PM me the serial number so I can verify the model. Do note that most of our keyboards will not work properly on consoles like the Xbox One unless they were designed for the said platform.
