I recently bought the razer nari ultimate xbox one and even with the Xbox wireless adapter I can't connect it to the PC

Did you use "add a device" in the Windows setting? Make sure your Windows OS is up to date as well. PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and check for other workarounds to help you resolve the connection problem. Thanks!
