Yet another headset with a broken boom arm in just over a year.

I want to express my deep frustration with the Kraken headset. I’ve always been a big fan of this model and truly appreciate its acoustic performance, microphone quality, and excellent noise suppression. However, once again, the stem has broken after just about a year of use. This is the third time I’ve experienced this issue, and it honestly makes me really sad considering the great experience I’ve had with this product over the past few years. My intention is simply to share this feedback with you, and hopefully, I’ll be able to consider buying from your company again in the future.

Hi vitorlima86,

'm sorry to hear about the state of your headset. I understand how valuable your headset is to you. However, Razer does not repair peripherals and only replaces them under its limited warranty policy. Furthermore, this may fall to the warranty exclusions and limitations. May I ask if any incidents occurred before the issue? Did you accidentally drop the headset or apply more force than usual when removing it? Were there any incidents where you may have pulled or tugged the headsets, causing them to stretch beyond their limit?

Feel free to PM me with your device serial number, region and proof of purchase for validation. All the best!
